Materials & Responsibility

Where possible, our silver products are made using recycled silver. We are committed to responsible sourcing and careful making, and we work with established suppliers who share those standards. Our current silver supply includes recycled material sourced through Cookson Gold.

Product Quality

Each Cators piece is made with care and attention to finish. As many of our items are handmade or finished by hand, slight variations may occur from piece to piece. We regard this as part of the character of the work.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a non-bespoke item, you may return it to us in its original condition within a reasonable period of receipt.

For orders within the United Kingdom, please contact us first so that we can advise on the most suitable return method.

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Faults & Repairs

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault due to workmanship, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and your preference.

Bespoke & Personalised Items

Please note that bespoke, engraved, or otherwise personalised items are generally non-returnable unless faulty.

Where a personalised order is cancelled or returned by agreement, any engraving or customisation charges are non-refundable.
