Hate it. None of our silversmiths like it either. As such we donate money to counter it.

Yeap. Ts and C’s. Hate the product? Send it back. We’ll pay shipping - if you're in the UK. Outside the UK, with regret, shipping is all on you.

Broken? Send it back. We’ll fix it or replace it, you decide.

Bespoke products? We'll refund the cost of the engraving, but not the cost of products.

We offer stress free purchasing. And length of time? A year - is that ok? Why? Because life is way too short.

We recycle the silver. So if it’s returned, we’ll eradicate it from the face of the earth, or convert it into something more palatable.
