A contemporary silver frame, reimagined.

The Modern Frame was created with a clear intention: to produce a silver frame that feels architectural, elegant, and entirely at home in a modern interior.

Its lines are clean, its proportions disciplined, and its materials chosen with care. Yet what truly sets it apart is not only its appearance, but the way it lives within a space. Hidden internal magnets allow each frame to connect seamlessly to another, so a single frame can become a growing arrangement over time.

Portrait or landscape, vertical or horizontal, each frame can be attached in whichever orientation suits the wall, the room, or the collection. One becomes two, two become four, and the composition can continue to evolve.

This is a frame designed not simply to hold a photograph, but to build a display.

What makes it different

The Modern Frame is restrained and understated, with a crisp silver front and carefully chosen materials that give it depth, balance, and permanence. Its innovation lies in the concealed magnetic system within the frame, allowing multiple frames to join together cleanly and securely.

Designed as a modular display, the Modern Frame can be arranged side by side, built up gradually over time, and mixed freely in portrait or landscape orientation. Because the magnets are entirely internal, the composition remains clean and uninterrupted, with no visible hardware to distract from the design.

The result is both practical and decorative: a modern frame that stands beautifully on its own, yet is intelligently designed to grow into a connected family of frames.

Made from solid wood

We use solid wood throughout. No MDF, no veneers, no unnecessary compromise.

Each timber brings its own character:

Maple
Pale, refined, and understated, with a lighter visual presence. Particularly well suited to a cleaner, more minimal interior and also ideal for laser engraving.

Oak
Timeless and confident, with a natural warmth and a strong sense of craftsmanship. A classic material that sits comfortably in both traditional and contemporary settings.

Wenge
Dark, distinctive, and richly grained, with a more decorative presence. Particularly suited to interiors with a stronger architectural or Art Deco influence.

Walnut
Deep in tone and elegant in character, walnut offers a richer, more classic finish with enduring appeal.

Other fine timbers are available on request for bespoke commissions.
