EXTRA-LARGE ART DECO STERLING SILVER HIP FLASK: This rare and unusual Art Deco hip flask is a true statement piece, blending intricate design with the functionality expected from premium-quality silverware. Crafted in 1923, this flask features a squared, slightly kidney-shaped form, adorned with an elegant striped, engine-turned pattern framed by a classic Greek-key border. The vacant cartouche on the front allows for optional personalization, making this flask both unique and versatile.

FULLY HALLMARKED & EXCEPTIONALLY CRAFTED: Fully hallmarked for .925 sterling silver, with a Birmingham assay mark dating it to 1923, this flask’s sponsor mark is worn but discernible with careful inspection. Measuring 6 3/4" (17 cm) tall and 4 1/4" (10.8 cm) wide, it has an impressive capacity of 13 fl oz (385 ml), just shy of 3/4 pint, and weighs 225 grams. The mushroom-shaped bayonet cap hinges to the side, fitted with a new cork interior to ensure a secure seal.

TIMELESS DESIGN & VINTAGE CHARACTER: Embellished with classic Art Deco motifs, this flask showcases fine craftsmanship with its engine-turned decoration and Greek-key detail. It has a robust yet refined feel, underscored by the soft polish of the sterling silver. Though it bears light dents from use, particularly on the corners, these subtle marks contribute to its storied character and highlight its age as a well-loved piece.

A COLLECTOR'S ITEM WITH PERSONALIZATION POTENTIAL: Cleaned and polished, this flask is ready to be cherished anew. Its vacant cartouche is ideal for custom engraving, whether initials, a meaningful date, or a personal message, making it a wonderful gift for a lover of fine vintage pieces. As a unique addition to any collection or as a functional art piece, this extra-large Art Deco flask is a testament to the elegance and charm of early 20th-century design.
